Ho-De-Ho was the resident comedian aboard Pleasure Island. He assaulted and killed a Star-Coat who said that he wasn't funny. He was caught by Judge Joe Dredd when he was tried to escape using a jetpack, which Dredd disabled using the resorts meteor lasers.
