The train engines are very tired of Rosie speaking about her feisty energetic heritage and they are relieved when somebody familiar comes to the yard. The visitor is a female diesel rail car named Daisy who flatters the train engines. Rosie, however, is perky and bright and leaves Daisy to her own devices. Daisy tries pulling some Freight Cars, but their brakes are on, and Daisy becomes fed up when she can't move them around. Rosie refuses to help clean up and the Freight Cars sing a crazy song about Daisy which is causing her to angrily trundle away.
