You must first be a member of FunOrb... then, through winning rated games, you will win wands. Since you cannot play rated games as a free player, you cannot win wands as a free player. If you have the nth prestige hat, then you will need a rating of at least 250xN in order to get wands at the normal rate. It is possible to get wands without this rating, but the number is severely reduced, and it is extremely rare to even receive one.
