Storable specialty rifle designed for use as a spare. Drains a lot for a storable weapon, and as a plasma rifle, it won't hit often. The point of hangar weapons is to finish the opponent off usually. This gun doesn't hit reliably enough to do that, and is usually a bad choice because of that.
