The Prototype is a part of the map Green Run and can be found within the corn field between the Farm and the Power Station. It isn't a bus stop and can't be found without going in the fog. It actually is a copy of Nacht der Untoten, with the only difference being that The Prototype is found in America, while the official bunker is in Germany.
