Bashir th'Lothas was an Andorian thaan who was born in September 2386. He was named after Doctor Julian Bashir. Like his sister Ezrishar sh'Lothas, Bashir th'Lothas was one of the first children born after a cure for the Andorian reproductive crisis was finally found and given to the Andorian people.
