An atom divider was an apparently nuclear weapon which the Black Dalek and his minions used to destroy a leg of Mechanoid City on the planet Mechanus. The resulting explosion toppled the city and handed the Daleks victory in their battle against the Mechanoids. (COMIC: The World That Waits)
