The Community Action for Energy (CAfE) conference, takes place in Birmingham on Wednesday 1 March 2006 The one-day conference - entitled ‘Switching on your community’ - is free to members of the CAfE network and will take place at Thinktank, Birmingham’s impressive new science and technology attraction.
