Rath and Ruins is a fey-only club by the riverside. Like other fey-only locations, there's a natural barrier that protects it from mortal intrusion. Keenan retreats here to be among his fey. If mortals approach, the doormen sends them on their way-- away from the Summer Girls spinning across the dance floor, away from the Summer King's Court, away from oft present members of other courts. Of course, without the Sight, a mortal might simply think the patrons are just like us, albeit a bit less civilized. They'd be wrong.
