Sarah-Jane Redmond is a Vancouver-based actress known for her appearances in Cedar Cove, iZombie, UnReal, R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour, Arrow and V. In Supernatural Season 5, she portrayed Kathy Randolph in "Changing Channels." She also appeared as Lily Markham in the Season 11 episode, "Baby."
