Valmar otherwise known as the City of Bells, and as Valimar, was the dwelling place of the Valar and their Maiar servants in Valinor, on the continent of Aman. According to The Atlas of Middle-earth, Valmar was on the Girdle of Arda, west of Taniquetil.
