The Matriarchs (אמהות Imahot "mothers") are four important women mentioned in the Book of Genesis of the Hebrew Bible, the wives of the Biblical Patriarchs. They are: * Sarah, wife of Abraham; * Rebecca, wife of Isaac; * Leah and Rachel, the wives of Jacob.
