A year after they started on their quest for their bodies, Edward and Alphonse Elric are waylaid in a small town and are staying in a house while Ed recovers from a fever. Pitt comes along as an assistant to a doctor for a check up. Ed and Pitt reminisce about times past, including comparing their heights. Pitt instructs Ed to come to the clinic tomorrow afternoon. During the check up, Al plays with some kids and the doctor advises Ed to slow down a bit and relax.
