Devin Lodge is a man who is Kimberly Nolan's boyfriend. Despite being found innocent of not killing Lieutenant Jeremy Nolan, Lodge was subsequently arrested by NCIS Special Agent Ziva David for having sex with an underage minor, the girl in question being the seventeen year old daughter of a Senator.
