The ghosts of two children named Michael and Laurie try to escape a tentacled terror. Laurie manages to escape. After the ghost of an old student of Ray's junior high school named Benny bullies some of the children, Ray is summoned for a renunion. Meanwhile, Laurie enters Peter's dream and tells the Ghostbusters about what is going on. Apparently, a ghost known as the Soul Catcher has been stealing the souls of children that have died in accidents and holding them prisoner for decades. Eventually, the Ghostbusters manage to defeat and capture the Soul Catcher and rescue his prisoners.
