Guardians may purchase one Etheric Light from Lord Saladin after reaching Iron Banner Rank 3 and another after reaching Rank 5. Etheric Light is also a random award for completing the Weekly Nightfall Strike. It can be donated to Petra Venj in exchange for Queen's Wrath reputation.
