Palace of the Kings is the palace of Jarl Ulfric Stormcloak in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Found in Windhelm, this palace serves as the headquarters for both the Jarl of Eastmarch and the Stormcloak Rebellion. The court-wizard, Wuunferth the Unliving, teaches adept-level Destruction spells there. Inside the palace also lies the Windhelm's prison for those who have commited crime on the Eastmarch hold.
