There are several characters in the G.I. Joe/Transformers universes to use the name Overkill in a similar way. Two of them have served Cobra as commanders of the BAT army: * Dr. Over-Kill (SG) - Benevolent inventer from the Shattered Glass universe. * Overkill - the original, fully robotic B.A.T. commander, built in 1992. * Over Kill - the partially-human B.A.T. commander. * Overkill - the Decepticon mini-cassette messenger.
