A hogtwanger is an instrument played exclusively by hedgehogs. It is most notably played by Furlo Stump and Jubilation Stump. To play a hogtwanger, the hedgehog must place it on his head and use his/her headspikes to pluck the strings. It appears to be very similar to the Hogalino, played the same way.
