Realm of the Almighty is a location in IX. It is located high above both the Protectorate and the Observatory and is reachable only via the Starflight Express. A spoiler draws near! Judging from the hole identical to those in Gittingham Palace, Realm of the Almighty is right above Gittingham Palace. This also implies that Corvus struck the Realm from his cell in the Oubliette.
