The Code of the Empire of Ruthenia on Administrative Offenses (Ο κώδικας της Αυτοκρατορίας της Ρουθηνία για το διοικητικό Αδικήματα, frequently abbreviated KARDA) is the administrative offences law for Ruthenia. The Code of Administrative Offences of the Empire of Ruthenia was adopted on December 30, 3231. The Code serves as a comprehensive legal act to set the forms and extent of administrative liability for offences in various aspects of Ruthene law. This includes tax, currency, labor and antimonopoly legislation.
