Professional Work Of Fiction or PWOF is a series that is actually published by a company like Marvel/DC and such things as Creepypasta's and or SCP Foundation are all fan-made stories and aren't actual professional work of fiction meaning they aren't a legit series and can be edited or re-made by other people since its not original and series like Web-comics can't be placed under PWOF since its by a group of people and not by a company but anything like Suggsverse is fanfic since the series itself isn't sponsored by a company and it breaks the rules of writing.
