Susan Barker first appeared in November 2016 as Pierce Harris's councilor. Pierce opened up to Susan and told her that he lets his problems boil up and takes it out on whatever's nearest. She then appeared in April 2017 as Aaron Dingle's councilor. Aaron tells her that he bottles up all his problems then deals with it in the wrong way and people end up getting hurt.
