Korden Outfitting and Surveying was a business established by the merchant Haddius Korden in about 12,000 BBY, which specialized in supplying equipment to colonists. The Korden family eventually started making direct investments into new colonies and as a result, it was commonplace for Korden Outfitting and Surveying retail outlets to be established at newly-settled ports. During the waning years of the Galactic Republic, the noble Prince Tavin Korden served as the leader of Korden Outfitting and Surveying.
