DeLeone Avenue was a street in Downtown Los Angeles, California. After escaping from the Federal Holding Facility, Jack Bauer and Emil Ramirez stole a blue Nissan Maxima parked on DeLeone Avenue in order to meet up with Ramirez's boss at the InterContinental Hotel. A few hours later, Federal Marshal Dan Pascal received a call from LAPD sergeant Mike Santomiere reporting the theft. (Chaos Theory)
