Steamcrawlers were large tracked vehicles used by the Balawai on Haruun Kal, especially in jups. They were equipped with turrets, and large headlamps. The were purposefully low tech so that they could better resist the metal eating fungus of Haruun Kal. They were the basis of the Ground Assault Vehicle.
