Mr. Herrera is the Spanish teacher at Highland High. Not much is known but he makes prominent appearances in No Laughing and The Great Cornholio, both of them having Beavis and Butt-head harassing him. He has gray hair & brown skin, although later on, his looks changed in The Great Cornholio & Beavis and Butt-head Are Dead.
