Spoby is the name of the romantic relationship between Spencer Hastings and Toby Cavanaugh. The relationship between the pair starts out less-than-friendly, as Toby's involvement with his step-sister Jenna, his being a rumored peeping-Tom, and the liars' previous mistaken belief that Toby killed Alison causes distrust from Spencer's end.
