by user DNL Harry Reid, Senator Majority Leader, blasted the Supreme Court yesterday for upholding a law Congress passed in 2003, banning so-called "partial birth" abortions. Specifically, per CNN, Reid said: "A lot of us wish that Alito weren't there and O'Connor were there." A lot of people -- who also believe the Court erred -- are going to start wishing that Reid weren't in the Senate. Why? Because Reid was one of 17 Democrats who voted for the law banning partial-birth abortions. Pathetic. Mr. Reid, if you didn't want to ban this procedure, you shouldn't have voted this bill into law.
