Avra was the smallest one of the three Lone Islands (the others being Felimath and Doorn). It was also the island where Lord Bern lived, along with a number of other people, some of which Bern had liberated from slavery and took to live and work on his estate. It had a good harbor on its south shore, and was filled apparently with pleasant lands, some of which belonged to Lord Bern that sloped down to the water's edge.
