Yelnicin is the Argonian leader of the Gold Raiders, a bandit group that resides in Raider's Nest. He and the Gold Raiders are in constant conflict with the Blue and Red Raiders. He is located in the room next to Eglar Thundren, the holder of one of the Shadowkeys, in the south of Raider's Nest. Yelnicin tells the Soul of Conflict to kill Wulfbris, the leader of the Red Raiders. Yelnicin can be killed himself if the Soul instead sides with the Blue Raiders.
