Builders are unskilled captives that are either male or female who work at a Construction Tent. They are required to construct most buildings on the island. When a building is placed down, they exit the construction tent and head toward it to begin working on it, with its yellow color gradually changing into the building's color as construction progresses. The higher the captive's carpentry skill, the faster the construction progresses.
