Chief Petty Officer Delta-134 (SN: 55635-38264-DE) was a Class-I SPARTAN-II commando of the UNSC Naval Special Warfare Command. He was a member of Team Andria who fought alongside the crew of the UNSC Spirit of Fire in early 2531. He was the second-in-command (second highest ranking Spartan) in Team Andria.
