Kinto Mura was a small village in the Dragon lands. The monks of Dawn's Light Monastery, a temple nearby, were particularly forward in the Brotherhood's philosophy of education and traditionally the denizens of Kinto Mura were extremelly well educated as peasants went. Many of them were artisans and their simple trinckets were valued by merchants for resale elsewhere in the Empire.
