Brutal Accuracy is a heroic tier feat available to elf rangers with the Hunter's Quarry class feature. Normally, a character's elven accuracy power allows the character to reroll an attack roll, and Hunter's Quarry class feature grants extra damage against a target designated as the character's quarry. When a character with the Brutal Accuracy feat hits with the reroll from elven accuracy, and the target is the character's quarry, the attack deals additional damage equal to 1d6 plus the character's Wisdom modifier, in addition to the attack's normal effects and Hunter Quarry's normal damage increase.[MP:133]
