Via Colius was a pathway in the city of Ki Baratan on Romulus that traversed the settlement radially. In 2381, Spock and the Reunification Movement took a captured Reman to Romulan Security by first travelling down Via Chula to Via Colius. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Rough Beasts of Empire) The Via Colius was presumably named for Praetor Colius.
