Madilim IronWorks was a small manufacturing company founded by Eesla Spar in 17 ABY. Though officially independent, it was secretly a subsidiary of Outer Rim Manufacturing and was created to take over production of formerly secret ORM products, as well as to provide the Sith Enclave with production capability.
