This technique allows Tenmei, or any inheritor of this technique, to place their target within a Genjutsu that seals away emotions, impulses, feelings and even memories within the persons' mind. This genjutsu is powerful in the aspect that it can be activated with just a glance into the user's eyes. A more powerful practitioner of this technique, such as Tenmei herself, can activate or deactivate this genjutsu with just a hand gesture or even a few words.
