Prince Eric was the crown prince of a kingdom formerly of Austrian vintage but (as of his encounter with Jill) "one of the new border republics". He considered himself to be impulsive. Prince Eric picked up Jill in a men's clothing store, and told her several lies about who he really was. She helped protect him from an assassin, and eventually found out the truth. Prince Eric habitually carried around a very large roll of cash. He paid for a luxury car out of the roll and had lots left over. He bragged to Jill that this was the most self-sufficient he had been in his life.
