A technique which brought upon great honor for the Hozuki Clan, the Aqua Jet Technique allows it's members to gain near instantaneous speeds, though they must properly have been hydrated before hand. As a rather innocuous technique, the ARS does not comprise much chakra to utilize. It does, however, require great mastery over the initial Hydrification Technique, considered more of a challenge to acquire then the respective Water Gun Technique.
