N at Wikia's userpage policy is as follows: When a person has a page on the main wiki namespace (a normal page, like John Doe) and a page in the user namespace (if they're registered; like User:John_Doe), any N-related data should be put in the main namespace, and anything else should be confined to the user namespace. Note that the user namespace can also contain N-related stuff.
