Botanical Hair Care Co was the first company in the UK Hair Industry to provide salons with private label hair products using Californian-formulated ingredients.[citation needed] Since 1997, products have used eco-friendly ingredients and biodegradable packaging. Botanical Haircare policy strongly upholds non-animal testing and ensures all products are not tested on animals or contain animal by-products.[1]
