The H&K HP-38 (Heeres Pistole 2038) was the most widely profiliated handgun before The War. In use by both police officers and the armed forces, it continues its reign in the post-War period. Easily made and quite sturdy, the MP-38 is manufactured by both the Knights of the Black Cross and numerous other, smaller manufacturers. It is the standard issue sidearm of both the Knights and the Wasteland Enforcers.
