The MCIA is the intelligence gathering and processing branch of the UNSC Army. This secretive agency is one of the four military 'Big Six' intelligence departments of the UNSC. Currently under the command of Lieutenant General Eva Krüger as of 2541. The agency is well known for its use of Special Forces, the Marine Insertion Corps, who work specifically for the Agency and unlike the ODST, they don't have to answer to the Navy. They generally work in conjunction with the Joint Forces Fleet (JoFF) as well as black ops.
