José Delgado Saldaña (December 10, 1978) is a Mexican professional wrestler or luchador currently working for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). Outside of Mexico he is best known for his work in the World Wrestling Federation as Essa Ríos and Papí Chulo and for his work in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) in the US, CMLL and Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) in Mexico as Mr. Águila.
