This is a one-use-only schematic and is sold by any Imperial recruiter or Rebel recruiter for the cost of 1000 Galactic Civil War Tokens (Awarded for participation in Bestine, Dearic and Keren invasion scenarios). It is needed to craft the 2-handed version of the Darth Sidious style Lightsaber hilt. It has the same stats as the other standard 4th generation Lightsaber hilts. As an important side-note: The unused schematic can be upgraded to a 5th generation version, by talking to Antaria Wellos (a melodramatic Jedi) at /way 300 -982 on Rori (you need to have the schematic in your inventory).
