Flail Goon (real name: Newton Joole Howitzair) is the artillery expert of Mecha Goons. He operates the weapons systems of the Voulge and basically any other armed machine the Mecha Goons use to accomplish missions. Flail Goon is a former Snoss Sergeant, and not unlike his Kaiser, Flail has some manipulative tendencies.
