He is a villain of Shining Time Station who is seen in the Season 2 episode "Double Trouble" and the Season 3 episode "Mr. Conductor's Evil Twin". He lives in the drawing. He was played by the late George Carlin. Dan drew a picture of Mr. Conductor and Mr. C's gold dust fell on it. This negative replica was determined to make everyone hate Mr. Conductor.
