Disgraced DSD agent Clark Palmer returns and after drugging Harm, assumes Harm's identity so that he can kill a key witness in a trial that Harm and Mac are prosecuting. As Palmer does that, the real Harm fights to escape his apartment which has been bobby-trapped with a bomb while Bud gives Harriet a ring.
