Skalla is a desert town located between the Judgement Cliffs to the north and Itolia Wasteland to the south in Radiant Historia. In Standard History it is considered Cygnus territory and has Cygnus soldiers posted there when the party first arrives. In Alternate History when the party has first reached Skalla it is under Alistel's control, and a subplot involves liberating it and forcing the Alistel soldiers back to the Sand Fortress.
